This technical role is focused on delivering operational excellence in global field operations. The engineer will oversee data center operations, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise colocation operators to optimize maintenance and servicing.
- Support root cause analysis for operational issues.
- Conduct site reviews and audits of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement retrofits in existing facilities.
- Evaluate new sites for deployments.
- Promote operational efficiency across all data center sites.
- Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events at first level.
- Approve change management tasks to facilitate changes and maintenance at sites.
- Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and UPS systems is essential.
- Able to communicate effectively through written content.
