About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer relationships, success leadership, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Lead IT Service Management initiatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer-facing professionals to drive customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or System Administration experience.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • University degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Aviation experience in Commercial Management, Air Services Development, or Airline IT.
  • Relevant Account Management experience.
  • ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification a plus.
