Position Overview
As a Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their extensive transition to cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities
In this prominent position, you will ensure seamless collaboration among all AWS teams to achieve optimal results for our clients. Your expertise in large-scale cloud transformations will be invaluable as you assist clients in navigating their AWS adoption journey.

You will serve as a vital partner to our clients, overseeing the operational, educational, and governance components essential for a successful cloud migration.

Collaboration and Leadership
Engaging with both client and AWS leadership, you will foster teamwork among core account groups, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services. You will also coordinate with product and engineering teams to facilitate significant workload migrations.

Your ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans will be crucial, as you work backwards from key client milestones. You will manage reporting and tracking functions to maintain project cadence.

Customer Success Initiatives
Executing education plans, aligning roadmaps with business outcomes, and organizing Executive Briefing Sessions are among the responsibilities that will contribute to our clients' successful cloud journeys.

We encourage innovative thinking and ownership of customer challenges. You will leverage AWS/Amazon's strengths to proactively address client issues through creative solutions.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a robust technical background, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills. You will excel in communication at both executive and project team levels.

As a peer leader, your ability to gain stakeholder support, negotiate, and guide teams will be essential. Your experience in enterprise cloud solutions and operational excellence will significantly influence team decisions and drive secure, effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Operations Research, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in large-scale IT deployment.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise-scale cloud programs/projects.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, either as a vendor or consultant.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English in technical and business contexts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience with AWS services.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Highly analytical and quick to learn new tools.
- AWS or other cloud certifications.
