Customer Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their cloud journey, ensuring seamless adoption and successful migration to AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive cloud adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing and AWS services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on cloud computing and AWS services
- Proven track record of driving cloud adoption and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments
- AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer
- Experience with cloud-based project management tools, such as AWS CloudFormation or AWS CloudWatch
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT service management
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
