Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager who is enthusiastic about partnering with our advertisers, educating them, and addressing complex business challenges while proactively mitigating potential risks.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will oversee and fulfill intricate advertiser objectives to drive revenue and meet financial targets. You will cultivate customer relationships and generate revenue opportunities from the advertisers you manage.

Your role will involve deep data analysis to identify trends, articulate the reasons behind outcomes, and provide actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will leverage Amazon's proprietary data to offer strategic and tailored recommendations, influencing both your internal team and external clients to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner and leader in Amazon Advertising solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to our clients.
  • Retain and expand revenue from existing advertisers.
  • Drive new business deals to closure.
  • Develop annual media strategies for growth aligned with overall advertiser goals.
  • Create campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations.
  • Assess success metrics and enhance campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to provide actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategies.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and strategies for achieving better results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Sales and other Amazon partners to drive additional revenue and improve advertiser satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, display, or search marketing.
  • Adept at solving problems that encompass both business and technology.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, including meeting revenue targets and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
