Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Specialist, your role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining robust client connections, comprehending their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. You will play a crucial part in propelling business expansion through proactive client interaction and outstanding service execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing each customer interaction to evaluate further customer requirements and reveal additional sales prospects.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide comprehensive customer support, both proactively and as needed.
  • Overseeing the client relationship in alignment with Service Delivery Excellence standards.
  • Collaborating with the Implementation team to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensuring effective relationship management, meeting customer needs, and thoroughly representing all LexisNexis products.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio and engaging the relevant sales representative as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
