Position Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance the Modernization Practice with our Partners, focusing on the evaluation and transformation of Applications, Data, and GenAI while promoting industry-specific reference cases.

Role Responsibilities
As a Partner Development Specialist, your mission will be to collaborate with Partners in creating, marketing, and selling solutions that facilitate customers' transition to cloud environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving revenue growth and increasing market adoption of AWS Migration & Modernization services through Partner solutions.
  • Establishing and nurturing executive relationships with partners, while developing and managing joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitating new integrations between Partner offerings and AWS native services.

Collaboration and Engagement
In this role, you will engage with various AWS internal teams, including the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), Service Teams, Partner Managers, Solution Architects, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Your efforts will focus on:

  • Creating go-to-market packages and overseeing execution for enablement, sales initiatives, and strategic deal support.
  • Driving initiatives in Brazil, leveraging global expertise to modernize legacy applications for large enterprise clients.

About the Team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is committed to driving revenue and growth across a diverse range of customers, from small and mid-market accounts to large enterprises, including public sector entities.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute go-to-market strategies to enhance AWS Migration & Modernization services revenue through consulting partners in LATAM, particularly in Brazil.
• Support partners at various stages of development, including practice and solution development, enablement, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Collaborate with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to identify and create revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Over 6 years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in formulating strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in data interpretation and making informed business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Cloud partners and the AWS partner ecosystem.
• Background in managing Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure.
• Prior experience with Container and Serverless platforms is desirable.
