Mig/Modernization Partner Spec, LATAM

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
.Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Migration & Modernization services revenue through SI/GSI consulting partners in LatAm, mainly Brazil.
• Support partners across different stages of their development including practice development, offering/solution development, enablement, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Partners and AWS.
• Serve as Migration & Modernization Services subject matter expert who advocates for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally.
Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute vertical and horizontal campaigns to generate new business opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Fluent English. Spanish is desirable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- -Experience with Cloud partners and understanding of AWS partner ecosystem
- -Experience managing Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure
- -Prior experience with Container and Serverless platform desire
