About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, your purpose is to build and maintain solid client relationships, understand their needs, and provide solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive client engagement and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimizing every customer contact to assess additional customer needs and uncover additional sales opportunities
  • Communicating regularly with clients and providing full customer service, both proactively and on demand
  • Managing the relationship with the client according to Service Delivery Excellence guidelines
  • Partnering with the Implementation team to onboard all new customers
  • Delivering an effective relationship management, ensuring that customer needs are being met, and fully representing all LexisNexis products
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio and engaging the appropriate sales representative as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
