Role Responsibilities: As a Partner Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Partners in developing, marketing, and selling solutions that facilitate customers' transition to the cloud.
Your efforts will be directed towards increasing revenue and promoting the adoption of AWS Migration & Modernization services through Partner offerings.
Key Activities:
- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with partners.
- Design and manage joint go-to-market strategies and plans.
- Drive new integrations between Partner solutions and AWS native services.
This role involves close collaboration with various AWS internal teams, including the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), Service Teams, Partner Managers, Solution Architects, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
You will be responsible for creating go-to-market packages and overseeing the execution of enablement, sales strategies, executive alignment, and support for strategic initiatives.
This position will also engage in projects within Brazil, leveraging global expertise and programs to modernize Legacy Applications for Large Enterprise Clients.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Implement go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue from AWS Migration & Modernization services through SI/GSI consulting partners in LATAM, particularly in Brazil.
- Assist partners at various stages of their development, including practice enhancement, solution creation, enablement, and utilizing AWS programs.
- Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to identify and cultivate revenue opportunities for both Partners and AWS.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Migration & Modernization Services, advocating for AWS partner capabilities both internally and externally.
Collaboration: Work alongside sales and partner teams to assess, develop, and implement vertical and horizontal campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in formulating strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data interpretation and making informed business recommendations.
- Familiarity with Cloud partners and the AWS partner ecosystem.
- Experience managing Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure.
- Prior experience with Container and Serverless platforms is desirable.
