The Brazil Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) team is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to spearhead innovative product initiatives, oversee planning cycles, and conduct regular business assessments with senior leadership.

This team plays a crucial role in managing logistics for the marketplace, collaborating closely with third-party sellers.

We are looking for a Program Manager who will drive our product initiatives and facilitate ongoing business reviews.

External Fulfillment (EF) encompasses various programs where Amazon partners with a diverse range of Sellers and Vendors to facilitate product shipments from their warehouses.

The EF Ops Program Manager will lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams in Brazil and internationally to develop new processes, implement technological solutions, and create comprehensive project documentation while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

The primary objective is to implement significant enhancements that improve the overall customer experience within the EF program and support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, perform root cause analyses, and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Business, Supply Chain, and other EF teams globally.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, well-organized, and capable of driving initiatives across teams to achieve successful outcomes.

As the EF Ops Program Manager, you will:
  • Lead planning cycles for EF OPS, proposing mechanisms and tools to scale operations while enhancing results and team productivity.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify challenges and outline impactful projects, collaborating with teams in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, and Product.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive projects, anticipate potential obstacles, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical limitations.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of EF operational challenges, collaborating with product teams to define and implement both short-term and long-term technical solutions.
  • Facilitate weekly project status meetings and utilize project management tools to monitor initiatives.
  • Submit regular managerial reports detailing key program and project updates.
  • Ultimately, you will be the primary owner responsible for driving your assigned projects to successful completion.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to identify improvements.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, working with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
