Role Overview

With over 2 million sellers across 10 countries, sellers are integral to our vision of providing the largest selection and lowest prices.

We are seeking a talented Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to support the launch of External Fulfillment (EF) products. This role will serve as the vital link between EF products and business/operations teams in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
The GTM Manager will:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for all product launches, coordinating with stakeholders, developing timelines, addressing challenges, and creating adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams (Program, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives that positively impact our customers and sellers.
  • Analyze performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input, and ensure accountability for both strategic and tactical initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
