Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to facilitate External Fulfillment (EF) product launches. The GTM Manager will serve as the crucial link between EF product teams and business/operations teams in the Latin American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within existing processes by coordinating various input sources.
  • Dive deep into issues to distinguish between isolated problems and systemic challenges.
  • Develop creative solutions to address pain points and enhance Seller Experience.
  • Balance competing priorities effectively, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Assess the impact and potential of ideas and challenges, making them tangible.
  • Influence and support the Product team (both regional and global) in prioritizing the roadmap.
  • Propose and develop programmatic solutions while creating business cases for the Product team.
  • Lead GTM strategies for multiple product features, coordinating across diverse stakeholders and leading by influence.
  • Organize GTM working plans, mapping all necessary tasks and inquiries. Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful launches.
  • Gain stakeholder support for your strategy and roadmap through effective narratives and influence.
  • Establish goals and metrics, track progress, and navigate obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate performance metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and link findings to specific improvement areas.
  • Incorporate benchmarking data from local competitors and best practices from other regions to define a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
