Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to facilitate External Fulfillment (EF) product launches. This role will serve as a crucial link between the EF product team and business/operations teams across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
The GTM Manager will:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for all product launches, coordinating with stakeholders and developing comprehensive timelines.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within existing processes by analyzing multiple input sources.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to distinguish between isolated issues and systemic challenges.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance Seller Experience while balancing competing priorities.
  • Calculate the potential impact of ideas and pain points, making them tangible.
  • Influence the Product team on roadmap prioritization and suggest programmatic solutions.
  • Organize GTM plans for multiple product features, ensuring successful launches.
  • Communicate performance metrics and conduct root cause analyses to identify improvement areas.
  • Incorporate competitive benchmarking and best practices to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels.
  • Proven ability in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
