As a member of WWSO, you will offer your expertise throughout the complete lifecycle of an AWS customer initiative, from conceptualizing new service offerings to enhancing the uptake of established solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a leader on the LATAM GTM team, you will be responsible for directing the overall go-to-market strategy for AWS's Data and AI service portfolio tailored for our customers in the LATAM region.
- Take ownership of the GTM strategy and execution for Data and AI Services across LATAM.
- Engage with CxO/VP level executives, as well as developers and technical architects, to cultivate pipeline, secure key customers, drive revenue growth, and explore strategic partnerships.
- Design and implement sales strategies and programs that utilize AWS Field Sales teams alongside technology and consulting partner channels.
- Collaborate with Service and Technical teams to develop solutions that address customer challenges, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release planning.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performance teams in a matrixed environment.
- 10+ years of relevant sales, GTM, or consulting experience.
- 7+ years of technology experience in Data & AI.
- BA/BS degree required in technical fields.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building relationships with customer executives and closing significant revenue accounts across various industries.
- Experience in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners, consistently exceeding quotas.
- Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing and executing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
