Senior Security Solutions Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge security solutions in the cloud, helping customers automate their security operations and gain unprecedented capabilities.

As a senior member of our Global Security, Risk, and Compliance Practice, you will have the chance to pioneer technically excellent security solutions that support customer initiatives meaningful to their business.

  • Lead teams to build and deploy security infrastructure and automate security operations for customers.
  • Collaborate with AWS service teams on new features and innovate with new technologies.
  • Become a deep technical resource that earns the trust of customer stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content, such as automation tools, reference architectures, and guides, to help consultants, partners, and customers build on the work we deliver. Your expertise in designing and building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code will be invaluable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years' experience in IT security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Hands-on expertise in technology automation, integration, and implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in technical and business settings.

Furthermore, you should possess scripting skills, such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Javascript, and have experience with enterprise security solutions like WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM. Understanding architectural implications of meeting industry standards, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks, is also essential.
