Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, and ensuring sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the sales results of business models required for sales in BR and LATAM, maintenance and new system units.
- Management of Installed base of equipments based on its lifecycle stage to generate new service opportunities.
- Sell systems and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the process industries focused in mining growth industries.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote their understanding of ABB's complete systems and services offering, and align with them to provide a solution.
- Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order shortfalls.
- E nsure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Technology in similar areas.
- Solid experience with sales is a must.
- Experience with Sales for B2B of system and service projects is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Rectifiers, Transformers, Harmonic Filters, and PLCs.
- Desired Hydrogen Market knowledge.
- Fluent/Advanced English and at least Intermediate Spanish is necessary.
