São Paulo Office - Hybrid Work Arrangement

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will focus on providing expert support to various areas of the business, collaborating with a team of specialists. Our São Paulo office offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional support services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software and infrastructure issues raised by end-users of our engineering teams' software.
  • Verify and document bugs for tracking and escalation.
  • Manage incident communication with stakeholders and coordinate with development teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Ebury's products and services.
  • Work with Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans for new products and projects.
  • Collaborate with trusted vendors to resolve service events.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and code reviews with other software development engineers.

Your Background

  • Experience providing L2/L3 support in a tech-driven business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting expertise.
  • Software development experience with Python and Django.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud and Linux administration.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration.
  • Knowledge of common frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in using tooling to manipulate data in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Celery, and Redis.
  • Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, and Sentry for identifying service events.
  • Understanding of money flows in a fintech environment.
  • Salesforce Administration skills.
  • Any other relevant skills you think would be valuable to Ebury.
