We're looking for a seasoned executive to lead our Media and Customer Engagement team. As a CRM and Loyalty Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer-centric initiatives.
">- Experience in Media & Customer Engagement, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven consulting projects
- Strong understanding of the Latam market, with expertise in client needs analysis and account development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
You'll work closely with our Sales and Client teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Your expertise will also be instrumental in defining and driving best practices globally, as well as supporting CE & Media training of our sales teams.
