Key Account Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both local customers and our team in Brazil.

This involves ensuring a smooth and efficient handover of tasks and responsibilities, as well as establishing open communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders.

In addition, the Key Account Manager will build a strong relationship with customers' Asia local offices, working collaboratively to meet their needs and drive business growth.

To achieve these goals, the Key Account Manager will require excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Brazil and Asia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in account management or a related field, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is an asset.
