This includes booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other necessary arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate voluminous and diverse domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, accommodation, transportation, and rental cars.
  • Provide advice on business trips, including essential documentation, time zones, vaccinations, and other travel-related information.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and travel company, handling issues that arise during travel.
  • Arrange for transfers between airports, hotels, offices, and other locations.
  • Resolve complaints and difficulties for travelers.
  • Track and reconcile travel expenses.
  • Record travel activities to ensure they comply with the company travel policy.
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel documents, insurance, and travel laws.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience working in the travel industry with high daily demand for travel arrangements.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
