Latin America Coatings Business Development Manager

A dynamic position is available for a seasoned professional to lead the growth and development of the coatings business in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve short- and long-term results.
- Manage key customer relationships and monitor distributor networks in Latin America.
- Lead sales, marketing, new business development, and technical support teams to maximize market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in managerial roles, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
