Job Title: People Manager

At Werfenlife SA, we are seeking a highly skilled People Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

About the Role

The People Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of success in leading HR initiatives and driving business results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
