
Growing Business Development Leader

Job Summary:
- A high-performing Business Development Representative is sought to spearhead business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns to drive revenue expansion
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records with deal information for seamless data management
- Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, collaborating with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
- Promote customer satisfaction through confidentiality and adherence to data security best practices
- Apply customer-centric practices to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide informed solutions
- Foster effective communication with developers and other departments of IT companies
Requirements:
- Proficient German and English communication skills (C1 level or above)
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer support role
- Prior experience in Business Development and Sales is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Self-motivated individuals with innovative ideas and a proactive approach are encouraged to apply
- A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) are required
