Job Summary:

LHR Américas is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and develop business cases to support new business initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to execute these plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and develop and implement team development plans to improve team performance.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
