Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production operators, overseeing the entire production process, and providing guidance and support to ensure met goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing production teams. They will also be responsible for participating in quality control initiatives, implementing safety protocols, and contributing to business development strategies.

  • Liaise with production team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities;
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and set objectives;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
  • Analyze data to optimize production processes and reduce waste;
Requirements:Education:

A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
