Role Overview

This position is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities for Reckitt's Health brands. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring market trends and performance metrics, providing clear analysis of KPI impacts, and recommending strategic focuses for growth.
  • Forecasting market trends (18-month Integrated Business Plan & 3-Year Plan) and aligning Reckitt's performance with internal objectives.
  • Enhancing reporting capabilities and integrating data to support the automation of reports.
  • Collaborating with the I&A Insights team, Marketing, Trade, Shopper, and Sales teams to elevate market analysis and measurement studies.

This role demands strong collaboration between the Analytics and Insights teams to ensure a unified voice in recommendations. It also involves working closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Trade, Shopper, Sales Intelligence, RGM) and external agency partners to deliver best-in-class analysis and insights based on accurate market data.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Analytics champion with a comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian market across Health categories.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage insights that drive business, brand, innovation, and activation, delivering analyses that support short-term growth.
  • Analyze available market trends and consumer data to develop growth projections for the Integrated Business Plan and 3-Year Plan.
  • Coordinate with global and regional analytics teams to ensure alignment and adherence to best practices in methodology and KPIs.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate in-market performance tracking to provide standardized data and insights for the organization.
  • Foster connections within the I&A community across business units and regions, sharing Category Best Practices and Market Insights.
  • Manage local relationships with key providers to ensure quality and timely deliverables in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong experience in consumer and market research, preferably within FMCG or analytics agencies.
  • Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with global teams; basic Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in key qualitative tools (e.g., Nielsen Retail Index, Nielsen Scanntrack, IQVIA) and advanced Excel skills; PowerBI knowledge is desirable.
