Role Overview

This position is vital for identifying growth opportunities for Reckitt's Health brands, focusing on:

  • Monitoring market trends and performance with detailed KPI analysis to recommend strategic actions for growth.
  • Forecasting market trends (18-month Integrated Business Planning & 3-Year Plan) and aligning Reckitt's performance with internal objectives.
  • Enhancing reporting processes and integrating data to automate reporting systems.
  • Supporting the Insights & Analytics team, as well as Marketing, Trade, Shopper, and Sales teams, to elevate the analysis of market performance and measurement studies.

Fostering strong collaboration between the Analytics and Insights teams is essential to ensure a unified approach in recommendations. Additionally, engaging with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Trade, Shopper, Sales Intelligence, Revenue Growth Management) and external agency partners will enable top-tier analysis and recommendations based on genuine market insights and data.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Analytics advocate with a comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian market across Health categories.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage insights that drive business, brand, innovation, and activation strategies, providing analytical support for short-term growth.
  • Analyze available market trends and consumer data to develop growth forecasts for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and 3-Year Plan.
  • Collaborate with global and regional analytics teams to ensure alignment on insights and adherence to global best practices in methodology and KPI tracking.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate in-market performance tracking in alignment with Hygiene Brazil to deliver standardized data and insights.
  • Build connections within the Insights & Analytics community across business units and regions, sharing best practices and market insights.
  • Manage local relationships with key providers to ensure quality and timely deliverables in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong experience in consumer and market research, preferably within the FMCG sector or analytics agencies.
  • Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with global teams; basic Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in key qualitative tools (e.g., Nielsen Retail Index, Nielsen Scanntrack, IQVIA) and advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is desirable.
