About the Role:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and impairment.
  • Support internal controls and compliance by preparing audit documentation, addressing auditor queries, and ensuring accuracy in financial reports.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including inventory lists and capital expenditure requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience in fixed asset management.
  • Initial experience in accounting and finance operations, with basic knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with basic understanding of SAP business processes preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
