Sales Analyst Role

As a sales analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing valuable insights and expertise to our customers.

At the heart of this position lies the ability to identify, develop, and improve performance indicators that directly impact our bottom line. Your market intelligence skills will be crucial in providing useful information to our account managers, enabling them to make informed decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to measure sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies and initiatives
  • Support specific accounts with technical and commercial tasks, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Conduct sales activities related to new customer projects, including identifying opportunities and developing solutions
  • Support HUB customers with projects, including implementing new products and technologies, focusing on quality and costs
  • Act as a sales representative for internal projects, driving growth and revenue
  • Deliver reports on field failures, gather material for decisions, and report to customers based on regional sales manager's guidance
  • Support external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Assist Customer Service as needed, providing timely support and resolutions
  • Analyze customer registration documents prior to processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Execute order processing in ERP (Oracle), analyze order portfolios, and coordinate order release for shipping
  • Provide telephone service to customers, coordinating delivery positioning and ensuring timely responses
  • Handle administrative processing of export orders, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate collections with carriers for invoiced orders, minimizing delays and maximizing revenue
  • Prepare, analyze, and respond to sales quotation requests, driving business growth through accurate and timely responses
  • Monthly update of commercial proposals for the product line, staying ahead of the competition
  • Follow company's mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives, upholding highest standards of professionalism

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering student or completed degree, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of MS Office is essential, with basic knowledge of thermodynamics and/or heat exchangers equipment being highly desirable.
