Job Title:

Contract Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting a project developed in partnership with a global environmental organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle contract analysis and review with partners, donors, suppliers, and service providers;
  • Monitor contract validity, deliverables, deadlines, closures, and audits;
  • Risk and compliance analysis;
  • Preparing and reviewing budget proposals;
  • Updating management tools;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements;
  • Updating information systems;
  • Managing related routines.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Project Management, or Engineering required. Experience in contract analysis, risk and compliance, data analysis, and budget proposal development also necessary. Advanced English proficiency and technical skills in contract and project management, processes, and budgeting highly valued. Additionally, behavioral skills such as analytical thinking, questioning, proactive attitude, good communication, dynamism, persistence, problem-solving ability, and attention to deadlines and priorities are crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Project Management, or Engineering;
  • Experience in contract analysis, risk and compliance, data analysis, and budget proposal development;
  • Technical skills in contract and project management, processes, and budgeting;
  • Behavioral skills: analytical thinking, questioning, proactive attitude, good communication, dynamism, persistence, problem-solving ability, and attention to deadlines and priorities;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Experience with systems: Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel), Outlook, IBM Cognos, TM1, Workday, DocuSign;
