Senior Commercial Manager

This role is a key contributor to our sales strategy, responsible for driving business growth within a defined geographic area.

The successful candidate will possess specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, and sales processes, with a strong commercial awareness to influence the development of sales strategies. They will interpret internal and external challenges, recommending best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

Key responsibilities include selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within their territory, with the ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.

They will also lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity, communicating difficult concepts and influencing others' options on particular topics.

  • Relevant experience in Sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish will be appreciated
  • Energy market experience
