We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Growth Strategist to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by overseeing a portfolio of accounts at scale.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or related environment. They should be fluent in English & Spanish and possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include driving customer adoption and value realization through short-term adoption-focused engagements, escalating issues quickly when deep, specific skills or other capabilities are required, and leveraging deep Docusign product knowledge to provide customer resolution and account recommendations.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal resources to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts, follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes, and promote Docusign products and services to customers via consultative discussion, product tutorials, and evaluation of their service and support needs.
Requirements and Qualifications- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Fluency in English & Spanish
As a Senior Account Growth Strategist at DocuSign, you can expect a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
