
Business Partnership Manager

At Amazon Brazil, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to develop our business partnerships and help grow our newly launched Paid Services programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of marketplace consultants who work directly with our Selling Partners, providing support on launching new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing.
">- Manage and lead a team of marketplace consultants
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPS based on a clear understanding of their needs
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of assigned Selling Partners
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace 3rd party services industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competing product offerings
Requirements:
Experience in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Superior communication and presentation skills
Experience of business-to-business selling
Ability to work independently

Others:
While you will have an intense commercial agenda working alongside marketplace consultants and Selling Partners to ensure that they meet business goals, you will also be responsible for driving initiatives and projects that will enhance program's service level and ultimately lead program growth in Brazil.
Given the early stage of the AMPS program you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this service. You will be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in other countries.
