The Lead Solutions Manager team will focus on establishing and nurturing significant client relationships, emphasizing revenue growth, client education, and overall client satisfaction.
Success in this role demands a strong commitment to client service, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to provide customized solutions for advertisers by utilizing our unique advertising product suite.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate education on products, company updates, and share best practices relevant to client or agency operations;
- Oversee and expand post-sale client relationships related to auction ad offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, proactively initiating improvements;
- Demonstrate proficiency in campaign management, including setup and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with data-driven insights while using those insights to enhance our advertising offerings;
- Relay marketplace feedback to inform our advertising strategy;
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sale research and presentations;
- Conduct regular business reviews, adopting a consultative, long-term approach to cultivate productive relationships with clients, in partnership with the sales team;
- Investigate and collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues during campaigns;
- Build enduring relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are effectively addressed by cross-functional teams;
- Lead a team of managers, supporting their development and success. Drive product feature adoption and consistently enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services roles within digital marketing;
- Proven experience managing key accounts across diverse industries;
- Familiarity with performance advertisers and a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Team management experience is advantageous;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to evaluate campaign performance;
- Proactive mindset with excellent data analysis capabilities;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive approach with strong analytical skills in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
