Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and leadership to apply your knowledge of subcontracts in solving straightforward problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bid proposals, subcontractor bidding documents, evaluations, and related information. You will also be responsible for managing commercial and administrative subcontracts within projects, following global procedures outlined in the management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and direct input of subcontract data into bid proposals.
  • Manage all commercial and administrative subcontracts work within the project.
  • Maintain awareness of HSE Plan content and emergency actions.
  • Collaborate in implementing the HSE Plan for subcontractors.
  • E nsure contractual obligations are met by subcontractors.
  • Identify, evaluate, prepare, and agree on subcontract work scope changes, monitoring risks to the project.
  • Process changes with subcontractors as directed by the Subcontract Manager or lead.
  • Develop and update cost forecasts for Project Controls Manager input.
  • Provide input to project reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
