As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service through every interaction. Whether it's via phone, email, or live chat, you'll be the calm in the chaos, providing thoughtful and timely solutions to our clients' concerns.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in English (Portuguese language is a bonus) and has strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Previous experience in FX, KYC, or AML is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. If you're a confident communicator, detail-oriented, and driven by a people-first mindset, we want to meet you.
