About the Role
  • Drive customer recognition of the value of product feature design, improved processes and change management.
  • Increasing product-positioning knowledge for and providing feedback on product features/benefits.
  • Improving the industry's perception of and participating in related mining associations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors and peers.
  • Field Support: Knowledge of and experience with providing post-sales support; ability to support maintenance of hardware products.
  • Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or similar.
  • Experience in Mining Equipment Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Mining Customers and/or Mining Dealers.
  • Understanding of mining technology.
  • English Pre Advanced.
  • Fleet management experience - Modular system, Front Runner.
  • Experience with Mining Caterpillar Products.
  • Experience and/or working with Caterpillar Dealers.
  • Understanding of mining technology.
  • MineStar or Command for Hauling experience.
