We're seeking a Tech Logistics Support Specialist to support our teams by maintaining core systems used day-to-day. These tools are key to the lives of hundreds of colleagues each day, and our successful use of them is at the heart of our operational success. Success in this role requires strong technical, business process, and project management skills, as well as a penchant for team collaboration.
We're a Series D-funded technology startup valued at over $1 billion, with a team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists. We continue to disrupt the $800 billion logistics industry in North America.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning quickly and becoming an expert in our core tech stack
- Practicing servant-leadership, helping and serving internal customers across the organization
- Collaborating with the Sales Enablement and broader Revenue Operations team
- Implementing new ideas to make our reps the best they can be
Requirements include experience with Salesforce and other sales systems, working with high autonomy, particularly within a remote setting, and strong analytical aptitude and advanced Excel capabilities. You must also possess good judgment, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
