About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to join our team. As a strategic product leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing multiple cross-functional work streams. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, operations leads, and data experts to develop and implement product strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in product leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business results. You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Manage multiple cross-functional work streams, including product development, design, and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of product managers and other professionals
  • Drive business growth and revenue through product innovation and optimization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product leadership, with a track record of success in managing cross-functional teams and driving business results
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced English language skills
