We are in search of a Head of Product Strategy to guide multiple product teams in advancing B2B digital solutions that address the persistent challenges within the freight and logistics sector.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across departments, taking ownership of product management for essential components of our digital ecosystem, from concept development to market introduction. You will work alongside other Product Leaders and Engineering Leaders to revolutionize how our clients can optimize their operations.

Your extensive experience in product management will position you as a key influencer within the product team, contributing to transformative strategic initiatives that not only fulfill product aspirations but also shape broader business strategies and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the business representative and advocate for the product, communicating its value and advantages to clients during executive presentations, marketing initiatives, and online platforms.
  • Oversee the strategic planning and management of our Shipper-facing product suite, conducting relevant market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Serve as the domain expert within your division, providing insights to the leadership team regarding customer needs, business strategy, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the OKR setting process for your teams, ensuring alignment with business partners so that all teams pursue common objectives.
  • Design the structure of your team, managing staffing, succession planning, external recruitment, and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate closely with the product leadership team to establish standards for the product division. Partner with engineering leads to ensure effective operations among PMs, designers, and engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure overall team success, proactively implementing process enhancements, such as reviewing and providing feedback on roadmaps, strategic plans, and feature specifications.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to upper management and stakeholders as you work collaboratively with other teams to execute features and ensure cohesive integration across the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, overseeing software products from inception to launch and beyond.
  • 5+ years of experience in building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, guiding early-stage software solutions towards successful product-market fit.
  • Background in high-growth environments, particularly in B2B SaaS, with a focus on revenue-sensitive product areas.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, UX, and UI, while managing stakeholder trade-offs.
  • Ability to translate commercial business models and needs into technical solutions that address significant challenges for B2B clients.
  • Experience with data-driven execution, where product impact is measured and managed effectively.
  • Proven ability to align key stakeholders around an inspiring vision and a clear strategy, grounded in deep understanding of customer insights, pain points, and market opportunities.
  • Capability to drive agile execution and testing efficiency, continuously developing internal team skills and capabilities.
