A vaga busca um profissional estratégico que possa atuar como parceiro dos líderes, conectando a estratégia da empresa às práticas de gestão de pessoas. Ser um aliado dos líderes em questões de RH e cultura organizacional.
Responsabilidades
- Atuar como consultor interno junto aos líderes em temas de RH, incluindo recrutamento, desempenho, desenvolvimento e clima organizacional.
- Contribuir em iniciativas de transformação cultural e gestão da mudança.
- Mapear necessidades de desenvolvimento das equipes e apoiar programas de capacitação e liderança.
- Apoiar a diretoria em projetos estratégicos, como planos de retenção e gestão de clima.
- Monitorar indicadores de rotatividade, engajamento e produtividade, propondo ações de melhoria.
- Garantir o alinhamento entre políticas corporativas de RH e a realidade das áreas de negócio.
- Ser elo entre colaboradores e líderes, promovendo boas práticas de gestão e experiência positiva do colaborador.
Habilidades e Experiência
- Superior completo em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
- 6 a 9 anos de experiência em Recursos Humanos.
- Vivência prévia como generalista ou RH Business Partner, com interface direta com lideranças.
- Experiência em desenvolvimento organizacional, engajamento e gestão de desempenho.
- Experiência em empresas de serviços, editorial, mídia, tecnologia ou setores dinâmicos.
- Capacidade de analisar dados de RH e transformá-los em insumos estratégicos.
- Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional ou Gestão Empresarial (desejável).
