We are seeking a talented Strategic Partner Development Specialist to join our PARTNERS team in SÃO PAULO.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned partners, facilitating the integration of partner systems with our platform, leading complex negotiations with partners, and working closely with other teams to refine and improve our overall partner strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and grow relationships with small and medium-sized partners, managing all aspects of the partner lifecycle from onboarding and training to ongoing support and relationship development.
  • Lead negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate the integration of partner systems with our platform, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective partner experience.
Requirements
  • Early-career professional with experience in customer service, sales, or success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities.
