About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication on progress, challenges, and opportunities throughout their sales journey. Your expertise in sales outreach and email deliverability will be instrumental in driving customer success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Manage client expectations by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, performance results, and key metrics.
  • Help to identify and resolve operational issues for our customers promptly to increase the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, sales, and engineering to build necessary supporting systems.
Requirements
  • Fluent, near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) - we work in English and serve tech-savvy C-level customers.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Account Manager with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving customer success.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with B2B Sales, with a strong focus on email outbound strategies.
  • Expertise in Sales Outreach software or Email Marketing Automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Software in general, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote working space.
  • Sense of humor.
