About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. Your expertise in sales outreach and email deliverability will be instrumental in driving customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Manage client expectations by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, performance results, and key metrics.
- Help to identify and resolve operational issues for our customers promptly to increase the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with operations, product, sales, and engineering to build necessary supporting systems.
- Fluent, near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) - we work in English and serve tech-savvy C-level customers.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Account Manager with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving customer success.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with B2B Sales, with a strong focus on email outbound strategies.
- Expertise in Sales Outreach software or Email Marketing Automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
- Proficiency in Software in general, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working space.
