Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, tutors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting clients with their learning needs and goals
  • Coordinating with tutors to ensure smooth delivery of learning sessions
  • Managing client data and records accurately and efficiently
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tutors, and colleagues. You should also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of learning principles and practices, as well as experience working in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. Proficiency in Google, Slack, Twilio, and Zendesk is preferred but not required.
