An esteemed career opportunity has arisen for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of Omnikey Desktop and Embedded readers across the Latin America region.

HID is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to spearhead the expansion of Omnikey solutions in all key verticals, including Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, and EV Charging.
The ideal candidate will develop and manage the regional sales strategy, build and maintain relationships with distributors and resellers, and ensure a structured sales process to maximize revenue. A deep understanding of the Latin American market, business culture, and distribution channels is essential.
A successful candidate will travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to nurture existing customer relationships, cultivate new partnerships, and explore untapped business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel and Partner Management: Establishing, managing, and maintaining a robust channel network by identifying, onboarding, and training new distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Territory Management: Traveling regularly throughout the assigned territory to nurture existing customer relationships, cultivate new partnerships, and explore untapped business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Market Development: Leading the development and execution of the sales strategy for Omnikey Desktop and Embedded readers in all areas with an emphasis in key verticals such as Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, and EV Charging.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Defining and executing the GTM strategy for Omnikey readers in the LAM region. Working with marketing and product management teams to ensure that messaging, positioning, and sales tools align with the region's unique market demands.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target verticals.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the Latin American market, business culture, and distribution channels.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
