**About the Role**:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timekeeping data from Square into Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support weekly and monthly payroll processing, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Troubleshoot employee timecard issues and reset Paylocity login credentials, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Generate reports and maintain historical data for HR and compliance audits, analyzing trends and patterns.
- Organize and maintain HR documents in Google Drive, implementing a secure and efficient filing system.
Employee Support:
- Provide light weekend support for urgent inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex employee relations issues to the HR Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
Communications & Job Postings:
- Draft and build job descriptions that accurately reflect the company's needs and values.
- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms, leveraging our employer brand.
- Monitor and update job listings regularly, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
- Publish internal HR newsletters and communications, enhancing transparency and engagement.
Performance & Planning Support:
- Track employee performance management timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Assist with logistics for senior leadership events and HR initiatives, coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Support upcoming strategic planning cycles, contributing to the development of our business strategy.
