Specialist in Refrigeration Leadership

**Cargo de Liderança:**
Responsável por liderar a equipe de montagem em uma linha de produção, distribuindo atividades e garantindo prazos e qualidade.
- Atuar diretamente na montagem de sistemas de refrigeração, incluindo tubulações, compressores, condensadores, evaporadores e sistemas auxiliares.
- Executar e supervisionar serviços de elétrica, comandos, automação básica, quadros elétricos e ligações de potência e controle.
- Conduzir atividades de mecânica e estrutura, assegurando a correta fixação e alinhamento dos componentes.
**Requisitos Técnicos:**
- Formação técnica em Refrigeração, Elétrica, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência comprovada em montagem e manutenção de sistemas de refrigeração industrial ou HVAC.
- Conhecimentos sólidos em elétrica (comandos e potência), mecânica, soldagem e interpretação de diagramas técnicos.
**Competências Comportamentais:**
- Liderança prática e capacidade de ensinar pelo exemplo.
- Organização, disciplina e foco em resultados.
- Proatividade e agilidade na resolução de problemas.
As habilidades avançadas em elétrica, mecânica e tecnologia da informação são fundamentais para o sucesso nesse cargo. Além disso, é necessário experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de projetos.
