Senior Account Manager Packaging

IQM selezione S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Account Manager Packaging to join our team in Faenza (RA) - Sedi Commerciali Modena - Milano - Operatività AREA NORD-ITALIA/UE (SVIZZERA FRANCIA) /EXTRA UE (INGHILTERRA-USA).

Responsibilities:
  1. Consulenza ed intermediazione commerciale alle aziende clienti sull'intero mercato italiano;
  2. Sviluppo del business dell'area affidata;
  3. Gestione delle richieste di clienti e prospect;
  4. Gestione delle commesse nella fase pre e post vendita, in accordo con il Responsabile Direzione Commerciale e il Capo commessa;
  5. Raccogliere e trasmettere agli uffici competenti delle informazioni necessarie alla definizione di politiche di pricing, di penetrazione e delle strategie di negoziazione adeguate;
  6. Gestire eventuali problematiche in accordo con il Responsabile Direzione Commerciale;
  7. Svolgimento di attività utili al recupero crediti concordati con Amministrazione / D.G.;
  8. Alimentare e mantenere aggiornato il sistema di Customer Relationship Management aziendale;
  9. Presidiare fiere ed eventi promozionali nei settori merceologici coerenti con le strategie commerciali aziendali;
  10. Monitoraggio del grado di soddisfazione dei clienti rispetto a prodotti e servizi offerti;
  11. Fidelizzazione del cliente e consolidamento della relazione con lo stesso;
  12. Reporting periodico su azioni intraprese, evoluzione del mercato di riferimento ed eventuali nuove opportunità commerciali;
  13. Altre attività previste dalla mansione.
Requirements:
  1. Pluriennale esperienza nel ruolo maturata presso aziende specializzate nella produzione di packaging in cartoncino teso o nella produzione e/o distribuzione di materiali stampati: commerciali, editoriali, cartotecnica, packaging alimentare e non alimentare;
  2. Ottima conoscenza del mercato italiano ed estero di riferimento;
  3. Laurea in Economia, Comunicazione, o materie umanistiche oppure Diploma tecnico di maturità. Gradita la frequenza di corsi Vendita B2B - KAM;
  4. Spiccata attitudine commerciale e relazionale;
  5. Ottime doti comunicative;
  6. Desiderio di crescere professionalmente in piena sintonia con la crescita aziendale;
  7. Conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese;
  8. Utente abituale PC/Mac; pacchetto office; gradita conoscenza CRM aziendali nonché di eventuali software di monitoraggio kpi e business continuity;
  9. Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti e trasferte in Italia e occasionali trasferte Ue (Svizzera, Francia) ed extra UE (Inghilterra, USA).
