Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Better Collective A/S. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team in creating one-pagers, pitch decks, and RFP presentations.
  • Brief and collaborate closely with the Junior Account Manager.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, marketing, and content production to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Keep extensive and organized notes and records for clear, timely, and external/internal reporting on project statuses.
  • Oversee the implementation of advertising and sponsorship campaigns, ensuring they align with client expectations and objectives.
  • Handle multiple project assignments within tight deadlines and see a project through from start to finish with minimal guidance, including incoming RFPs.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Navigate a complex advertising ecosystem, including display, social media, and programmatic channels, ensuring cohesive and effective multi-channel campaign execution.
